Hello,
I have installed fresh Disqus plugin, but I am having issues with showing comments count.
1, When u hit (or refresh) homepage http://www.palsovic.com/ then you can see “0 comments” under first post, which is changed to “2 comments” after approximately one second.
2, When u see the post itself http://www.palsovic.com/reklama-na-facebooku/ then there is “0 comments” at the end of the post, even there are 2 disqus comments.
Any clues please? Thank you.

Hi mpa,
There are a few known problems with users running disqus, we are yet to look into what is causing this.
In the mean time we’d recommend deactivating disqus until we can figure out what the problem is.

I would imagine this is due to WordPress not knowing how many disqus comments you have so the plugin uses a JavaScript replacement.
This is not really anything a theme author can fix.
